Refund policy
We have 3days return policy, which means you have 3days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original form. Contact info@beesluxuryhair.com.au
For any return enquirers contact info@beesluxuryhair.com.au. If your return is accepted, we don’t take responsibility for returning parcels fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Custom products (personalised items), and Hair care products (such as beauty products) CANNOT be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we DO NOT do any exchanges once products have been shipped out. It is your responsibility to check quantity and colour of hair before ordering. In cases where products haven’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately if you want to change order/s.
Refunds
PLEASE NOTE THAT BEE’S LUXURY HAIR AUSTRALIA DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, IF YOU FEEL THE COLOUR DOES NOT SUIT OR IF YOU SELECT THE WRONG CAP SIZE.
ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
